‘Stan the Man’ comes to Town!
Huddersfield Town is delighted that former Liverpool and Aston Villa star Stan Collymore will join TV presenter Bob Hall as the special guests at this year’s Huddersfield Town Annual Sporting Dinner, which will be held on Monday 27 February.
Stan has had a varied, interesting and sometimes controversial career spanning football, acting, columnist and presenting; penning an insightful biography named Stan: Tackling my demons; playing ‘Kevin Franks’ in Basic Instinct 2 alongside Sharon Stone and most recently including full time sports broadcasting on Talksport and writing a Monday column for the Daily Mirror newspaper. One thing is for sure – he will have some very interesting stories to tell and opinions to make!
Bob Hall has worked in television as a presenter and reporter for over twenty years at both national and local level - for the BBC (including Pebble Mill at One), as a sports presenter for ITN, the C4 Daily and freelanced throughout all major ITV sports network shows including the Olympics, On the Ball, The Premiership, Goal Rush and the Champions League.
Joining Stan and Bob will be local comedian and Master of Ceremonies, Malcolm Lord.
Tables of 10 are available for £450 + VAT or individual guests £50 + VAT for this three-course meal event.
All proceeds from this event and all other events organised by Huddersfield Town’s Commercial Department go to the Club.
